Rebecca was terrific with scheduling my service call, and Byron and Aiden were efficient in finding the source of my leak. Their schedule opened up on my service day, and they contacted me to see if an earlier time worked. Timing worked out well for all of us. I’ve always had a great experience with JL Hearn plumbing over the years.

We have an older home with the pipes in the foundation. After time, they leak or burst and cause lots of damage. We knew we had lots that had not been capped and rerouted, so we Got Jerry and his crew to come out. GREAT people! They fixed everything, cleaned up well, and we feel like we made new friends! The photos show just one area they cleaned up: got rid of the leaking (almost bursting) pipes and put in the latest, best materials. GREAT JOB! Nice people!

After noticing our waterline leaking, we called a company that gave us an outrageous price for the repairs needed. Very aggressive as well. But a friend recommended JL Hearn plumbing and I am SO GRATEFUL she did. Jim and James came to take a look at our leak, within less than 30mn they took the time to explain everything that needed to be done at a much more reasonable price. They were ready and willing to fix it right now. I would 100% recommend this company very friendly, professional and efficient. I know who I will be calling for our plumbing issues from now on!

The technician was knowledgeable and thorough. No plumbing company wanted to touch this project but JL Hearn came through like the professionals they are. Would highly recommend, we will use them for all of our plumbing needs.

Had a new water heater installed. Technicians were knowledgeable and friendly. They had to work a couple more hours than expected due to some challenges but the price remained the same. Next time I'm going to remember to offer them (bottled) water!

Excellent! Everything from scheduling to completion was seamless. The plumber sent us a link when he was on the way to show his location in real-time. They replaced our PRV, set the pressure, and returned the site back to its pre-dig condition. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

I called yesterday morning with a plumbing issue. Jim and colleague were dispatched and arrived early afternoon. They were very friendly, respectful and sorted the issue within half hour. We’ve used J.L. Hearne in the past and were pleased with their work. Recently, we had to replace our water softener so we called them again. Jerry came out and explained the scope of work, performed the primary setup, and did a great job! We look forward to having him return and compete the secondary part of our project in the kitchen.
